Design support for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Innovation (MELI) Unit was provided through a contract with The District Communications Group (DCG). Efforts focused on translating complex data into clear, accessible visuals to communicate evaluation findings and program insights to global audiences, all while reinforcing the department’s mission of fostering education and cultural exchange.
